Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – $5
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – $25

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States but hope to expand soon.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $250.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once tracking shows delivery, Esme & Arlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@esmeandarlo.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, ship your item(s) to:

  3. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for high-value items.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected, back to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges are processed once returned items are received and approved.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and specially marked items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
