Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – $5
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – $25
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States but hope to expand soon.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $250.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once tracking shows delivery, Esme & Arlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@esmeandarlo.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship your item(s) to:
[Your Return Address] - Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for high-value items.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected, back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are processed once returned items are received and approved.
Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and specially marked items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
